The program is designed to improve students' listening, speaking, reading, grammar, and writing. A placement test is given. Activities include field trips, guest speakers, and events on campus. Students have use of the library, health and fitness center, computer lab, and other facilities. Students can use the hiking and biking trails, canoe on a river, or use the Olympic-size pool. University housing is available. Cost is $1,375-$3,000 and includes books. Pensacola is a port city of approximately 300,000 on the Gulf of Mexico.
